Monroe Lincoln Mangrum, Jr, age 76, of Garfield, GA, husband of Sherry Marie Roberson Mangrum, passed away on Thursday morning, December 22, 2022, at his home with family at his side.

Monroe was born in Augusta, GA, on November 11, 1946, to the late Monroe Lincoln Mangrum, Sr. and the late Ida Mae Smith Harrison.

In addition to his parents, Monroe was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Mangrum.

He is survived by his wife, Sherry Mangrum; son, Lance (Angie) Mangrum; stepdaughter, Crystal Morris Williams; stepsons, Benji (Heather) Roberson, Anthony Roberson, Johnathon Roberson, James Morris; sisters, Bonnie Myrick, Vicky Paige and Venessa Davis; brother, Rocky Harrison; 10 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
