LARRY M. LARISCY 

     Sylvania – Larry M. Lariscy, age 73, of Sylvania, passed away Wednesday evening, July 27, 2022, at his niece’s residence in Irwinton, GA.

     Larry was born in Augusta, GA on February 23, 1949, to the late couple, Metzger and Reba Mills Lariscy. Larry was a Veteran serving for his country in the U.S. Army and the U.S. Army Reserve. Prior to retirement he worked as a dental technician, specializing in gold and silver, in Savannah, GA. He also had a line of historical Savannah charms that he carved and sold. Larry was well known for these charms and jewelry. He was a Christian and enjoyed attending both the Low Country Community Church in Bluffton, SC, and Sylvania First Baptist Church Men’s Prayer Breakfast. He loved spending time with his family and beloved dog, Buddy. Larry was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing, hunting, and was known as “Lucky Larry” at the Buck Creek Hunting Club.

     Larry leaves behind his stepson, Chris Cribbs; brother and sister-in-law, William & Jan Lariscy; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

     A memorial service will be arranged at a later date.
