Kerry Hughes Obituary

Sylvania - Kerry Allen Hughes, age 57, passed away Sunday, November 29, 2020, at Candler Hospital in Savannah. He was born in Guyandotte, WV to the late Jesse & Loretta Birchfield Hughes and had lived in Sylvania for the past several years. He was an electrician with Coastal Electric of Georgia in Savannah and was of the Baptist faith. Besides his Parents, he was preceded in death by a Brother, Wade Hughes.

Survivors: Wife: Karen Brinson Hughes of Sylvania; Daughters and Sons-in-Law: Sarah & Steven Myers of Gallipolis, OH; Jennifer & Mark Weekley of Sardis, GA and Stephanie Brinson of Augusta, GA; Sons and Daughter-in-Law: Daniel Allen Hughes of WV and Jerry & Brooke Oliver of Sylvania; Brother and Sister-in-Law: Alvin & Terry Hughes of Sylvania; 9 Grandchildren; Several Nieces and Nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held in West Virginia at a later time.

Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home of Sylvania is in charge of all arrangements.
