Millen, GA – John Vincent "J.V." Moore, III, age 67, passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2020, at his residence. He was born in Fort Myers, FL to John Vincent Moore, Jr. and Leona Scott Watson. He was retired from Southern Company Nuclear where he worked as a mechanic and was an active member of Bay Branch Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his Parents; Sister: Carmeletta “Cookie” Anderson.

Survivors: Wife: Connie Ruth Joyner Moore of Millen, GA; Daughter and Son-In-Law: Theresa Ashley & Tracy Childers of Sylvania; Step-Sons and Daughter-In-Law: Michael Christopher Golding of Blackshear, GA, Brian Benjamin Golding of Sylvania and Timothy Aaron & Dwan Knight of Millen, GA; Brothers & Sisters-In-Law: Randy & Penny Moore and Butch & Camille Thornton, all of Fort Myers, FL; Brother-In-Law: Paul Anderson of Millen, GA; Mother-In-Law: Margaret Milton Joyner of Millen, GA; 11 Grandchildren; 1 Great-Grandchild; Several Nieces and Nephews.

Graveside Services: Saturday, December 26, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Bay Branch Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Blake Hicks officiating. Burial following.

Pallbearers: Brian Golding, Timothy Knight, James Hooks, Jeff Hooks, Tim Hooks, Chuck Thornton and Dwayne Deal. Honorary Pallbearers: Bay Branch Men’s Sunday School Class.
