NEVA JEAN OLIVER WATERS

Neva Jean Waters, age 70, of Sylvania, Georgia, widow of James Ronald Waters, passed away on Wednesday morning, April 19, 2023, at Optim Medical Center-Screven.

Jean was born on November 11, 1952, in Reidsville, GA, to the late couple, Beverly R. Oliver & Ernestine Cowart Oliver. She was a homemaker and a member of the Reidsville, GA, 1st Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, and husband, Jean was preceded in death by her brother, Dennis Oliver.

Those who will cherish her memory include her daughter and son-in-law, Sandy & Lee Kistler; sisters and brother-in-law, Mary Bolton, Christine & Rufus Oglesby, Pamela Bolton; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bruce & Rita Oliver, Neal & Missy Oliver, Gregory & Lisa Oliver; grandchildren, Niasiah Waters, Ricky Keelin, Destiny Kemp; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Tattnall County.
