Ida Lynn Taylor Lariscy

Hiltonia, GA – Ida Lynn Taylor Lariscy, 76, passed away on March 6, 2021 at Gentilly Gardens of Statesboro, GA. She was born in Savannah, GA on March 25, 1944 to Thomas Clifton & Anna Floyd Taylor, who preceded her in death. She was also predeceased by her husband, C. Franklin Lariscy, son, Terry Allen Lariscy, daughter, Angela Lynn Lariscy, sister, Sherry T. Rice and brother, Thomas Clifton Taylor, Jr..  Lynn was a homemaker and was a member of Hiltonia United Methodist Church. She had no greater joy in life than spending time with her family and beloved grandchildren.

Lynn is survived by her sons, Lee (Holly) Lariscy of Sylvania, Jeffrey (Kelli) Lariscy of Guyton, GA and Rodney (Kathy) Lariscy of Statesboro, GA, as well as her sister, Rene Taylor (Allen) Glaser of Perry, GA, grand-children Aaron (Ashley) Lariscy, Jacob Lariscy, Michaela (Geoff) Kennedy, David Lariscy, Lukas Lariscy, Caitlyn Lariscy, Ashley Lariscy, Hailey Lariscy, Emily Lariscy and Keith Howard, and great grand-children Anna Lariscy, Madison Kennedy, Millie Kennedy and Anistyn Lariscy.

Visitation: Monday, March 8, 2021 at 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home.

Funeral Service: Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Hiltonia United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jay Williams and Rev. Judson Barnes officiating.  Burial following at Bascom Cemetery.

All attending the visitation and the service are asked to wear masks and practice social distancing at the funeral home, at the church and cemetery.

Pallbearers: Aaron Lariscy, Jacob Lariscy, David Lariscy, Lukas Lariscy, Geoff Kennedy and Ben Forehand.
