Debra Tilley Medlin

Perkins – Debra Tilley Medlin, age 63, passed away on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at her residence in Perkins, GA.  She was born in Waynesboro, GA to the late Hiram, Sr. and Willie Mae Mallard Tilley. She worked as a family caregiver. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Ellen Maria Tilley, Victoria “Vickie” Rollins, Geraldine Lee and Katie Smith, and her brothers, Hiram Tilley, Jr. “Junior”, Clinton Jasper Tilley, Robert Tilley and Marvin Tilley.

Survivors: Daughter and Son-In-Law: Denise & Wayne Stanley of Millen, GA; Grandchild: Keegan Stanley of Millen, GA; Nieces and Nephews: Bobby & Courtney Tilley of Ellabell, GA, Jesse Tilley of Millen, GA, Melissa & Allen Edwards of Springfield, GA and Elizabeth O’Neal of Millen, GA; Great-Nieces and Nephews: Lane O’Neal and Chase O’Neal, both of Millen, Brittany Tilley of Sylvania, Summer & Joseph Mai of Ellabell, GA; Great-Great-Niece of Rylee Tilley of Sylvania.

A memorial service will be held at the Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 AM on Sunday, October 3, 2021.
