Savannah, GA (formerly of Sylvania) – Charles Timothy “Tim” Brown, age 51, passed away on Sunday, April 11, 2021, at Hospice of Savannah. He was born to the late Charles Floyd & Grace Sybil Johnson Brown. He was a retired automotive technician, working for the City of Savannah for 11 years. He was of Baptist faith, loved NASCAR and enjoyed going to yard sales and flea markets. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Melissa Brown.
Survivors: Wife: Myra Marie Powell Brown of Savannah, GA; Sister: Tammy Wilson of Millen, GA; Aunts and Uncles: Kathrine & Ray Parker of Rocky Ford, Frances and Jack Turner of Portal, GA, Berdell Burke of Garden City, GA and Joyce Godbee; Nieces and Nephews: Larry Wilson, Jr. and Nancy Wilson, both of Millen GA; Cousins: Billie Burke of Garden City, GA and Rodney Krenson of NC.
Visitation: Saturday, April 17, 2021 at 11:00 AM until 12:30 PM at Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home.
Graveside Services: Saturday, April 17, 2021, at 1:00 PM at Farmdale Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Dale Shafer officiating. Burial following.
