KENNETH CRAIG HOWARD

     Kenneth Craig Howard, age 57, of Sylvania, and husband of Kim Howard, passed away on Tuesday afternoon, March 1, 2022, at Emanuel Medical Center, in Swainsboro.

     Craig was born on November 5, 1964, in Sylvania, Georgia to the late Melvin Lee Howard and the late Margarette “Ruby” Hurst Howard. He worked in construction as a heavy equipment operator and was a member of the Double Heads Baptist Church. Craig enjoyed hunting and fishing, and spending time with his family.

     Survivors include his loving wife, Kim Ann Jernigan Howard of Sylvania, Georgia; son, Hezikiah “Kiah” Lee Howard of Sylvania, Georgia; daughter, Penny Jernigan of Jacksonville, Florida; sister and brother-in-law, Lynn & Michael Jennings of Atlanta, Georgia; brothers and sisters-in-law, M. L. & Becky Howard of Sylvania, Georgia and Wayne & Laura Howard of Sylvania, Georgia; and several nieces and nephews.

     The visitation will be held Thursday, March 3, 2022, at Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.

     A graveside service will take place at Double Heads Baptist Church Cemetery, Friday, March 4, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Chad Wall officiating.

     Pallbearers: Todd Howard, Rodney Howard, Chris Griner, Jamie Griner, Cody Lee, Eric Howard

     Honorary Pallbearers: Ted Lee, Robin Harley, Ryan Jones
