A. F. BRAGG
A. F. Bragg, age 69, of Sylvania and widower of Joyce Marie Mercer Bragg, passed away on Saturday afternoon, December 10, 2022, at Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah.
A.F. was born on July 16, 1953, to the late couple J.T. and Evelyn Bragg in Sylvania, Ga. He worked as a truck driver. A.F. enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents and wife, A.F. was preceded in death by his brothers, J.B. Bragg, Roy Dean Bragg and Judson Bragg.
Those who will cherish his memory include his daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly & Gary Doyle; sons and daughter-in-law, James Thomas “Tommy” Sowell, Steven & Tonya Bragg; sister, Ida Lee Landing; brother, Rufus Bragg; 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
