William Stansbury

William “Billy” Stansbury, of Sylvania, age 72, passed away on Sunday morning, September 8, 2024, at his residence after a duel with cancer.

Billy was described as an honest soul who loved freely and truly. He was a cowboy by trade, and he loved to ride horses and bulls.

In the long ride of his life, he pulled the reins and held on to the horn, and then let go. Billy, you will be riding at God’s Speed from now on!

The family plans to hold private services at a later date.
