Troy Clement Small

Mr. Troy Clement Small, 56, of Newington, Georgia, passed away at his residence on Monday, October 20, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

Troy was born on October 2, 1969, in Berlin, Germany, to Charles E. Small and Pauline Mallard Gatewood. He worked in tree service for many years. Troy was an avid motorcyclist, and loved Harley Davidson Motorcycles. He also enjoyed hunting, boating and fishing.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, James (Penny) Gaskins.

He is survived by his loving mom, Doris Small, children, Daniel Evans Small, Troy Clement Small, Jr., Anna Noriega, and Derick (Jennifer) Noriega, dear girlfriend, Tina Victoria Turner, brothers, Charles Randall (Amber) Small, and Marty (Susan) Anderson, as well as seven grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Thompson Strickland Waters, Joiner Anderson Chapel.
