Thomas L Wilson

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Thomas L. Wilson, who departed this world on Monday, August 31, 2026, at the age of 67. Born in Savannah, Georgia, on May 16, 1959, Thomas was a beacon of love, compassion, and dedication to his family and friends throughout his lifetime.

Thomas was predeceased by his cherished parents, Fannie Lee Morton and Henry Irvin Wilson; his beloved wife, Anita Scott; and his brothers, Donnie Wilson and Randy Wilson. Their memories lived on through Thomas's stories and the legacy of kindness he continued to carry.

A devoted family man, Thomas is survived by his loving daughter, Casey Wilson, whose strength and grace reflect the teachings of her father. His grandson, Jaden Wilson, was the apple of his eye and filled Thomas's days with joy and laughter. He also leaves behind his brother, Donnie Wilson, who shares cherished memories of their times together.

Thomas grew up attending Turkey Branch Baptist Church. He had a passion for fishing and sitting back listening to country music especially Hank Williams, SR. Thomas was a great father and one of his greatest joys was being a grandfather.

Celebration of life will be held Saturday September 5, 2026 from 10:00 -12:00 at Thompson Strickland & Waters Funeral Home, Joiner-Anderson Chapel.
