Tampa, FL– Sybil Rackley Parker, age 84, passed away on Friday, August 21, 2020, at her residence in Tampa. She was born in Savannah, GA to the late Joe & Effie Clyde Lewis Rackley and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her Husband: William Lemuel Parker; Daughter: Meda G. Parker.
Survivors: Sons: David L. Parker and William A. Parker, both of Tampa, FL; Daughter-In-Law: Tina M. Crago; Grandchildren: Michael, Junior, Jasmine, Kristina, Heather, Matthew, Robert and Johnathon.
Visitation: Monday, August 31, 2020 at 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home.
Graveside Service: Monday, August 31, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at Little Horse Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Mike Mann officiating. Burial following.
