With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Mrs. Patricia Colleen Lariscy, beloved Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, and Friend. Patricia was born March 17th, 1952 in Brush, Colorado, and peacefully departed this life on Friday, May 1st, 2026.
Patricia dedicated her life to her family and community as a devoted homemaker. Patricia enjoyed sewing in her younger years from making clothes for her son to later making sure that every new baby that was coming would have their very own hand-sewn blanket made with love. Her love for animals was undeniable, rescuing as many as she could that needed a home. Her soul found peace in the company of them knowing they were fed and loved. Her warmth and kindness left an indelible mark on everyone who was fortunate enough to know her.
Preceded in death by her loving father, Lawrence Moore, her dear mother, Margery Elizabeth Belveal, and her beloved spouse of over 40 years S.W. Lariscy Jr., Patricia's legacy continues through the love and memories shared by those she touched.
Those who will cherish her memory are her son Robert J. Hutcheson (Anita), Goddaughter Melissa Johnson, Bothers, Jerry Moore, Danny Moore, and Lanny Moore, Grandchildren, Brandi Parrish (Jamie), Sasha Windham, Matthew Hutcheson, and Gage Hutcheson, Great-grandchildren, Kaylee, Michael, Hunter, Johnna, and Brian. Several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends during the visitation, which is scheduled for Tuesday, May 5, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. at Thompson Strickland Waters, Joiner Anderson Chapel. A funeral service to honor and celebrate Patricia's life will follow at 11:00 A.M. in the same location.
Pallbearers Jamie Parrish, Toby Bragg, Mike McCarty, Jarrell Lariscy, Steven Bragg, and Richard Wates will escort Patricia to her final resting place.
Arrangements have been lovingly entrusted to Thompson Strickland & Waters Funeral Home, Joiner-Anderson Chapel. Patricia's family extends their deepest gratitude for the outpouring of love and prayers during this difficult time.
