Lincolnton, GA – Watson Padgett Bragg, age 70, entered into rest on Sunday, December 22, 2019. He was born in Savannah, GA to the late William Watson & Helen Saxon Bragg. He was affectionately known as “Padgett” and lived most of his life in Augusta, GA. He was a member of New Hope Baptist Church and enjoyed attending as often as he could. He worked as a carpenter and landscaper. Always with a warm smile and a friendly greeting, he never met a stranger. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Survivors: Sister: Brenda Krist of DeLand, FL; Brother: John E. Bragg of Augusta, GA; Niece: Christine Bragg; Nephew: John H. Bragg.
Visitation: Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home.
Memorial Service: Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 2:00 PM at the Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Screven County Memorial Cemetery.
