Miriam Ophelia Kelly

Miriam Ophelia Reddick Kelly, age 91, passed away on November 27, 2025, at her home, surrounded by her family. She was born in Screven County to the late Johnny and Ruby Reddick. She was a member of the McBride church. Mrs. Ophelia was preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie Kelly; her brother, Robert (Peewee) Reddick; and her sister-in-law, Christie Reddick; as well as her sister and brother-in-law, Deanie and William Brinson. She is survived by son Wayne (Debra) Kelly, daughter Tammy (Dean) Bragg. Grandchildren Kelli (Chris) Luckey and Trista (Eric) Forehand. Great-grandchildren Dylan Luckey and Landon Forehand, and several nieces and nephews.

Services to be held at Thompson Strickland Waters Joiner Anderson Chapel on November 30, 2025, with visitation from 1:00-2:00 PM, with funeral service to follow.

Burial to follow at McBride Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Dean Bragg, Chris Luckey, Eric Forehand, Landon Forehand, Dylan Luckey, and Wayne Kelly.

Honorary Pallbearers: members of McBride Church.
