John "Bill" William Nicholson, Jr.

Mr. John "Bill" William Nicholson, Jr., 76, of Sylvania, GA, passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2025.

Bill was born to the late John William Nicholson, Sr., and Virgie Mattie Nicholson on December 3, 1948 in Brunson, SC. 

He is proceeded in death by his parents; his loving wife, Mary Lucy Fries Nicholson; a sister, and a brother, Michael Nicholson. 

He is survived by his brother-in-law, Edward Fries and many nieces and nephews. 

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Bay Branch Cemetery in Sylvania, GA with Rev. Blake Hicks officiating.
