Franklin D. Parker

Franklin D. Parker, age 92, passed away November 24, 2025 surrounded by his loving family.

He is preceded in death by his parents Fred and Georgia Parker and five siblings.

Franklin is survived by his loving wife of 71 years, Jackie Parker and his children, Deborah Collins and husband Jay, Steven Parker and his wife Anita, and Peggy Helmly and the late Steven Helmly. Grandfather of Justin and Jared Collins, Taylor, Stanley, and Georgia Parker, and Katie and Victoria Helmly and 9 Great Grandchildren.

Brother of Richard Parker and wife Kay and Ray Parker and wife Joyce.

Graveside Service to be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at the Antioch Christian Church Cemetery at 11:00 am.

Officiating: Pastor Steven Michael Parker of Athens Christian Church.
