Dorothy Ann Crooks

Sylvania – Dorothy Ann Crooks, age 70, passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2020, at Syl-View Rehabilitation and Memory Care Center. She was born in New Jersey to the late Johnny Will & Ivery Lee Cain Crooks.  She was retired from Trust Co. Bank where she worked as the secretary.

Survivors: Daughter: Katrina Crooks of Jacksonville, FL; Sisters: Minnie Lee Nelson of Brunswick, GA and Clara Nell Jones of Hyattsville, MD; Brothers: Irving Crooks of Brunswick, GA; Grandchild: Cameron Florentino of Jacksonville, FL; Several Nieces and Nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
