Millen (Screven County)- Daniel Wayne Blackburn, Jr., age 32, passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at Jenkins County Medical Center in Millen, GA. He was born in Richmond County, GA to Daniel Wayne Blackburn, Sr. and the late Nancy Collins Blackburn.  He was a member of the Big Horse Creek Baptist Church.

Survivors: Father: Daniel Wayne Blackburn, Sr. of Millen, GA; Sisters: Heather Marie & Danny Scott of Clearwater, SC and Heather B. & Patrick Carabo of Bennettsville, SC; Brother: Jason Takacs of Ohio; Grandmother: Daisy Saxon Blackburn of Millen, GA; Several Aunts & Uncles; Nephews: Justin Scott, Dylan Scott and Ethan Scott; Great-Niece: Autum Lynn Scott.

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions:  No public visitation will be held.

Graveside Services and burial will be for family only at Blackburn Family Cemetery.
