Sylvania – Billy Ethredge Lariscy, II, age 53, passed away on Monday, June 3, 2019, in Sylvania. He was born in Burke County to Irma Jackson Smith of Waynesboro and the late Billy Ethredge Lariscy, Sr. He was an airplane painter and was of Baptist faith.

Survivors besides his mother are: Daughter and Son-In-Law: Hannah & Brooks Sammons of Statesboro; Son and Daughter-In-Law: Billy E., III & Hannah Lariscy of Sylvania; Sister and Brother-In-Law: Wanda L. & Bobby Griner of Sylvania; Grandchildren: Abigail Marie Sammons of Statesboro and Billy E. Lariscy, IV of Sylvania; His children’s Mother and Step-Father: Marie C. & Darrick “Juicy” Waters of Sylvania; Several Nieces and Nephews.

Private family services were held.
