Bernice Wilcher Boyd Brigdon

Sylvania – Bernice Wilcher Boyd Brigdon, age 87, passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2020, at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA.  She was born in Emanuel County, GA to the late Almon Jordan & Gladys McCullough Wilcher.  She was a member of Liberty Presbyterian Church and worked as the Admission Clerk for Screven County Hospital until her retirement. She was preceded in death by her Parents; Husbands: George Boyd and Ernest Lee Brigdon; Brothers: M.L. Wilcher and Rabun Wilcher.

Survivors: Son and Daughter-in-Law:  Bernard A. & Carolyn C. Boyd of Newington; Grandson and Granddaughter-In-Law: Matt & Meredith Boyd of Woodstock, GA; Sisters: Betty W. Wells of Martinez, GA, Maxie W. Booker of Caycee, SC, Anita W. Holland of Augusta, GA, Christine W. Moore of Midville, GA and Patsy W. Haycraft of Wadley, GA; Several Nieces and Nephews.

Private services will be held on October 18th with Rev. Wyman Bragg officiating.
